Her entrepreneurial journey began in the beauty industry, where she built a successful career as a professional makeup artist, working with clients across the country, including backstage at New York Fashion Week. Those experiences taught her the power of confidence, presentation, and creating opportunities—lessons that would later shape her mission to help women elevate every area of their lives.

Today, TraciDani is the author of Bloom Different: The Mindset Shift from Corporate Conditioning to Entrepreneur Calling, where she encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to embrace purpose, shift their mindset, and boldly pursue the life they were created to build.

As the visionary behind The She Suite Lounge Society, TraciDani has created more than an organization—she has built a movement where Structured, Successful, Sophisticated, and Legendary women come together to grow personally and professionally, support one another, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Chinitha J.

Chinitha Johnson is a speaker, author, Self-Trust Activator, and Vice President of The She Suite Lounge Society (SSLS). She empowers ambitious women to close the gap between having a vision and trusting themselves enough to build it.

Through her signature Master K.E.Y. Framework—Know the Door, Enter the Room, and Yield to the Moment—she helps women overcome self-doubt, take bold action, and build confidence through consistent follow-through.

As Vice President of SSLS, Chinitha is committed to helping cultivate a thriving sisterhood centered on leadership, personal growth, and meaningful connection while empowering women to lead with purpose both personally and professionally.

She is also the creator of From Stuck to Started, a free weekly live workshop designed to help women move from hesitation to execution.

Autumn A.

Autumn is the Secretary of The She Suite Lounge Society (SSLS), bringing a unique blend of leadership, organization, and beauty industry expertise to the organization.

With a background in the beauty and service industry, Autumn has managed large beauty retail operations while also working as a esthetician. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of both the operational side of business and the importance of helping women look and feel their best.

Passionate about women's empowerment, she believes confidence begins with how women see themselves and is committed to creating experiences that inspire self-care, connection, and personal growth. Her ability to combine strong administrative leadership with exceptional customer service makes her an invaluable part of the SSLS leadership team.

As Secretary, Autumn helps ensure the organization operates with excellence by maintaining organization, supporting communication, and keeping the leadership team aligned as the sisterhood continues to grow. Her dedication, professionalism, and heart for serving others help strengthen the foundation of The She Suite Lounge Society and its mission to empower women to lead, grow, and thrive together.

Treasurer

Angel T. serves as the Treasurer of The She Suite Lounge Society (SSLS), bringing a strong foundation of integrity, compassion, and accountability to the leadership team.

With a professional background in the healthcare industry, Angel has dedicated her career to serving others with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her experience has strengthened her ability to build trust, protect confidential information, and make thoughtful decisions while always putting people first.

Known for her dependable nature and genuine heart for helping others, Angel is committed to ensuring the financial health of SSLS through responsible stewardship and transparency. As Treasurer, she manages member dues, tracks payments, maintains accurate financial records, and helps ensure the organization's resources are managed with excellence.
